Basic (4% of Rent) 

The Basic service includes property management and tenant engagement services.  This level is for the property with low tenant turnover and a property owner who wants to be involved in some select activities.  This package includes:

• Tenant Communication Portal

• 24x7 Support

• Advertising Services

• Rent Collection

• Property Accounting

• Rental Application, Contracts, and Compliance Documents

• Background Check Portal

Standard (8% of Rent)

The Standard service includes all the items under Basic and adds the following items.  This is our most popular package!​

• Move-In/Move Out Services

• Regular Inspections

• Service Days

• Approved Vendor Access

Premium (10% of Rent)

The Premium service includes all services that a property owner would want if they were completely hands-off.  This includes the items above, plus:

• Repair management

• Property maintenance coordination

• Bill processing

​Add-On Services:

We strive to provide flexible options for homeowners to meet the needs of their properties.  We also offer the following services at a fixed, per item cost.  See below.

• Tenant Placement:  1/2 Month Rent or $750 (whichever is higher)

• Repair Management: $25/hour

• Move-In / Move-Out Services $400
